Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • Tertiary qualification at NQF level 5 in Office Administration, Public Administration, or Information Management is an added advantage.
  • No experience is required.
  • Knowledge of data capturing, analysis, and management.
  • Understanding of document management (storage, retrieval, and archiving).
  • Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles.

Information Processing Clerk Duties:

  • Capture all Reaction Evaluation Questionnaires (REQs) and Facilitator Feedback Forms (FFFs) onto the NSG Training Management System.
  • Provide reports on REQs and FFFs received for capturing.
  • Manage the filing of copies (electronic and hard) of REQs and FFFs after generating reports weekly.
  • Provide copies of reports, REQs, and FFFs upon request.
  • Respond to audit queries in writing regarding data capturing and reports generated.
  • Support management with data required for reports.
  • Check REQs and FFFs for correctness and accuracy.
  • Identify and report key issues requiring attention to the Deputy Director.
  • Complete the recommendations section in FPE reports based on analysis for each ETD intervention.
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback on data authentication and capturing challenges.
  • Compile Facilitator and Participant Evaluation (FPE) reports for each ETD intervention.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly statistical reports.
  • Compile quarterly trend reports on facilitators utilized.
  • Process qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Submit reports for distribution to Programme Managers.
  • Implement operations management, including service standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain the e-filing system for all data forms received after ETD interventions for audit purposes.
