Administration Support

Responsibilities:

  • Administration Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Santam Real Estate, including compiling reports and assisting with presentations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate administrative activities for the Real Estate team, ensuring smooth operations and quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Assist in financial and cost management tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing.
  • Project Support: Aid in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, adhering to timelines and objectives.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and compliance records.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and conferences, including logistics like flight bookings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric qualification required.
  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in office administration.
  • Project coordination experience is advantageous.
  • Insurance industry experience is advantageous.

Administrative Assistance Knowledge and Skills:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Coordination and planning abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Record-keeping proficiency.
