Plumbing Artisan Requirements
- A valid Trade Test Certificate
- Knowledge of the OHSA Act
- Familiarity with the operation of equipment, tools, and materials
- Understanding of the general built environment
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Duties
- Maintenance and repair of technical faults related to plumbing according to standards
- Testing and repairing equipment and/or facilities against specifications
- Servicing equipment and/or facilities according to schedule
- Quality assurance of serviced and maintained equipment and/or facilities
- Keeping and maintaining a job record/register of maintained and repaired faults
- Report writing
