Job Description
Join our Youth Development Program as a Trainee and demonstrate excellence and quality in all tasks, deliverables, and projects. Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently executing role responsibilities through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updating.
- Contributing proactively and innovatively to projects.
- Participating in knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders.
- Managing your own development plan to enhance competencies and skills through various channels.
- Adhering to and advocating FirstRand’s shared values and business philosophy.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the FirstJob Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 – 34 years.
- Possess a relevant post-matric qualification.
- Have been unemployed for at least the last 6 months.
- Have no or limited work experience (less than twelve months, part-time or casual).
- This must be the applicant’s FIRST job experience.
- Must not have previously participated in the FirstJob programme at any FirstRand franchises or worked for FirstRand before.
