The Position: We’re looking for CHEF APPRENTICE. We offer a market-related pay range for the chef apprentice program.

Requirements:

• Applicants age, under 35.
• Grade 12 with Math and English. We ensure that the applicant possesses the basic level of literacy and numeracy required for the job.
• The applicant should have excellent communication skills and a track record of successful verbal and written communication with colleagues and customers is necessary.
• Those living in Pietermaritzburg or its nearby locations have a distinct advantage.
• This can be beneficial for someone who is passionate about food and the culinary world.
• The goal of this requirement is to create more access to career opportunities in the culinary world for people who are from disadvantaged backgrounds.
