Job Description:

  1. Data Management:
  • Update Pro-fleet (tyre) and Freeway (Feet Management Systems).
  • Complete daily/monthly fuel reconciliation.
  1. Operations:
  • Order and receive diesel deliveries.
  • Manage stock orders and assist with stock control.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards per FSMS.
  1. Compliance and Administration:
  • Adhere to internal performance requirements and quality standards.
  • Cost job cards and services.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents.
  • Handle general office administration.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Ensure vehicle licensing & COF (Roadworthy).
  • Monitor GRN and waste removal systems.
  • Weekly capture/submit invoices.
  1. Route Analysis:
  • Maintain and update route analysis.

Transport Clerk Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with mathematics.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG and/or transport.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Syspro, Freeway, and Profleet tyre systems.
  • Strong numeric skills and reconciliation ability.
  • Awareness of recent laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with vehicle spares.
  • Audit and compliance experience.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and hardworking.
  • Team player with a trustworthy nature.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
