Grade 12 or Original Qualification.

You don’t need any experience. Knowledge of The sanitarium SCM terrain will be an added advantage. Good communication chops and capability to work under pressure. Capability to read and write.

STORE ASSISTANT DUTIES

Perform logistical-affiliated duties. Open and manage all aspects of VA10, and VA11 as per the Papas Administration System. Collect VA7, VA2, and applicable attestation for entering and distributing goods and services. Enforcing a logical fashion. Loss of stock position. Distributing stock and outfits to the Units. An administrator can prevent stock-outs by performing these duties in order to ensure proper stock management and monitoring. Logical distribution of stock ensures that units have access to the stock they need. As an added benefit, the administrator will be able to identify any losses of stock and address them as soon as possible by performing a stock-take. Finally, proper record-keeping ensures that the administration can keep track of stock levels and usage. Cleave to Health and Safety conditions. N.B. Rotation within the section. 187

Aspirants should submit a new Z83 operation form obtained from any Public Service Department. They are not required to submit copies of their qualifications or other relevant documents on operation, but must submit a detailed curriculum vitae.

The communication from HR of the department regarding the conditions for pukka clones of qualifications and other applicable documents will be limited to shortlisted campaigners. Thus, only shortlisted campaigners for a post will be needed to submit pukka documents on or before the day of the interview following communication from HR.
