1. Assistant Manager: Grants Administration
Location: Dealesville Local Office (Ref No: SAS FS 0827/23)
Salary Level: R491 403 – R578 841 pa exclusive of benefits

Requirements:

  • Relevant undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) with a minimum of 360 credits recognized by SAQA.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the social security environment, SASSA’s constitutional mandate, policies, and legislation.
  • Proficiency in social security management and poverty alleviation.
  • Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.

Duties:

  • Overall management of grants administration program in the Local Office.
  • Managing operations related to Grant Administration.
  • Providing client administration and pay-point management services.
  • Implementing client improvement services and managing service level agreements with providers.
  • Coordinating and managing service points.
  • Ensuring improvement of service delivery.
  • Acquiring data, analyzing exception reports, and managing resources within the Local Office.

2. Administrative Officer
Location: Bethlehem Local Office (Ref No: SAS FS 1447/23)
Salary Level: R269 214 – R317 127 pa exclusive of benefits

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree/National Diploma or Matric with 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Added advantage: Valid Driver’s license and Computer Literacy.

Duties:

  • Transport services, Human Resource Administration, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • General Administrative Support Services, Asset Management Activities, and Manage Subordinates.
