Embark on a transformative 12-month learnership programme tailored for individuals with disabilities. This unique opportunity combines theoretical learning aligned with a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) programme and hands-on practical experience. Enhance your foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer proficiency, and basic business principles.

Your Path to Success:

  • Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 0 – 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum Requirement: Declaration of Disability (upload with your application)

Programme Highlights:

Throughout this journey, you will:

  • Participate in the comprehensive learnership programme
  • Successfully complete the assessment process
  • Engage in vital workplace readiness activities and exercises
