Reference Number: JI 82/2023 (36 Months Contract Appointment)

Salary: R75,837 per annum (3/8th, Level 05), plus 37% in lieu of benefits.

Location: Centurion (Northern Management Region)

Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess a Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to public service and a strong understanding of the Batho Pele principles.
  • Assertiveness and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Duties:

  • Responsible for receiving and accurately capturing all complaints/requests into the database.
  • Opening and maintaining case files.
  • Follow up on outstanding complaints.
  • Submission of monthly reports.
  • Provide statistical analysis of all received complaints.
  • Address inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Note: This is a 36-month contract appointment. The role requires meticulous data capture, effective communication, and adherence to established procedures. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining records and providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the Correctional Centre Visitor office. NOTE:
