We have exciting opportunities for x2 Mobile Clerks (Field) based in Benoni, Gauteng. Do you believe you have what it takes to become one of our newest Purple Stars?

The successful candidate will contribute to the Mobile Department’s operations, focusing on projects aimed at maximizing company profits and expanding the customer base through marketing campaigns.

You Bring

  • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.

What You’ll Do for The Brand

  • Adhere to Hollywood’s dress code, dressing appropriately according to the prescribed rules and regulations.
  • Assist clients with account and betting inquiries.
  • Achieve daily and monthly mobile sales targets, TUV targets, and targets related to increasing the mobile customer base.
  • Drive daily sales by effectively demonstrating and explaining mobile products, usage methods, and services to persuade punters to make purchases or use services.
  • Conduct user-specific training when necessary.
  • Execute mobile marketing campaigns at the branch to boost sales.
  • Promote the mobile brand by setting up and arranging displays at the outlet to attract the attention of potential and existing punters.
  • Register new customer accounts and submit required FICA registration documents.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures during cash-ups and report any shortages to management.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy work area to convey a positive image to customers.
  • Safeguard and maintain mobile equipment or inventory as needed.
  • Might be required to move between branches and stores based on operational needs.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures and types, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
