Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a grade 12 certificate or higher qualification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front desk and switchboard operations.
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of the high-tech industry and customer service-related experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints from difficult customers.
  • Effectively balance customer and company concerns.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage stationery and refreshments.
  • Log call information accurately.
  • Provide general company information.
  • Direct visitors and tenants effectively.
  • Take and convey messages accurately.
  • Manage email communications.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare boardrooms and meeting rooms.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Operate office equipment proficiently.
  • Assist with facilities administration.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance and health & safety procedures.
  • Stand in for the Front Desk and Customer Relations Coordinator when required.
  • Promote the organization’s image through professional and friendly interactions.
