As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide passengers with clear explanations of rules, terms, conditions, regulations, and procedures.
  • Efficiently manage flight delays and cancellations, ensuring passengers are informed and supported.
  • Safeguard confidential information to maintain passenger privacy and security.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Previous airport experience and ticket sales within the aviation industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English language skills, along with proper phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and various shifts as needed.
  • Own transport would be advantageous.
