Role Purpose

As a Call Centre Agent in MIDRAND, your purpose will be to enhance the financial wellness of individuals, families, and communities by dealing with financial solutions. Your focus will be on empowering and educating clients, ensuring their financial well-being and securing their families’ futures.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification.
  • Post matric qualification equivalent of NQF 5.
  • At least 1 year’s Sales Call Centre working experience.
  • Aptitude to become Fit and Proper as per the requirements of the FSCA.
  • Cold Calling Experience.
  • Undergraduate Degree (If no experience in Call Centre).
  • Candidate who is fully Fit and Proper as per FSCA requirements need to have an RE 5, FSCA recognized qualification which carries minimum 120 FAIS credits, minimum 1 year financial services experience in the applicable sub-category, and proof of CPD hours completed per sub-category.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively strive to achieve specific financial targets through effective planning, time operation, industriousness, and applicable stress management.
  • Present information-sharing sessions on financial planning motifs to engage new business and enhance the knowledge of potential clients.
  • Analyze situations precisely, understand the complexity and consequences ahead of promptly taking action through clear, well-allowed-out opinions.
  • Directly identify problems and proactively break them.
  • Identify entrepreneurial openings in every commerce and remain passionate, flexible, focused, and organized.
  • Timeously complete all executive and reporting duties related to the part.
  • Proactively make and maintain customer connections through professional and believable Financial Advisory services.
  • Support and companion clients through the decision-making process by displaying exceptional product knowledge and client centricity.
  • Regularly review customer accounts to determine whether life changes, profitable changes, or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessment.
  • Build sound connections with others through honesty, trust, and respect.
  • Ensure specialized product and legislative knowledge is always current in order to propose the most applicable and innovative customer results and misbehave with governance conditions.
  • Be tone-confident, tone-motivated entrepreneurs, and relentlessly pursue targets and pretensions.
  • Effectively manage time and ensure optimal productivity.
  • Research and cover financial request trends to ensure that plans are applicable, effective, and to identify any necessary updates.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present customer financial performance and other applicable information to enhance customer understanding and grease decision-timber.
  • Conduct customer financial requirements analysis to develop and apply a customized financial plan to achieve clients’ financial pretensions.
