The Department of Home Affairs in collaboration with the Public Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) in South Africa for the year 2023. Eligibility Criteria:

  • South African citizens only
  • Age between 18 to 35 years
  • Grade 12 Certificate

Cadet learnership Application Process:

  • Applications must be made using a Z83 Application for Employment Form, available from Public Service Departments or the Government website.
  • Include a Comprehensive CV, certified copies of the Grade 12 certificate, and an Identification Document.
  • If an applicant has a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from SAQA.
  • Candidates who previously participated in a Public Service Leadership Program will not be considered.
  • Closing date for applications: 15 August 2023
