Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to use a company vehicle to collect or deliver various documents, goods, or equipment to customers.


  1. Reviewing daily instructions for deliveries or collections
  2. Retrieving company mail from the post office and delivering it to the appropriate office
  3. Transporting and retrieving equipment, documents, petty cash, etc., to and from internal and external customers
  4. Maintaining a Logbook with tracking numbers to record all deliveries and collections
  5. Providing transportation for employees to other regional offices, as needed
  6. Managing a Message-Book to accurately and promptly relay messages to the office
  7. Offering basic administrative support to staff while in the office, such as photocopying, paper shredding, filing, and preparing document bundles
  8. Loading paper and replacing toners in office printers
  9. Reporting any malfunctions of office machines or equipment for maintenance purposes
  10. Assisting in the storeroom as required


The preferred candidate should have the following qualifications and background:

  • Matric (High School Diploma)
  • Public Driver Permit (PDP)
  • Proficiency in map reading, GPS usage, and motor fault finding
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an office driver
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a storeman
