Position: Administration Clerk – Inspections & Investigations

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills and general administrative capabilities.
  • Possession of a driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language is advantageous.


  • Maintain a system for recording, organizing, storing, capturing, and retrieving all correspondence and data within the unit.
  • Maintain and update registers and handle routine inquiries.
  • Perform photocopying, facsimile sending, and receiving.
  • Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as needed.
  • Establish and manage the filing system for the unit.
  • Communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Arrange travel logistics on short notice.
  • Maintain a record of all incoming and outgoing documents within the unit.

Note: The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient functioning of the Legal Services Directorate by providing administrative support. Proficiency in computer applications and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
